ДИКИЙ ГУСЬ С ЯБЛОКАМИ В ДУХОВКЕ Если вам по вкусу обычный гусь, то от его дикого сородича вы останетесь в полном восторге. Мясо такой птицы более насыщено вкусом, а жир практически отсутствует. Мы не сомневаемся — попробовав дикую гусятину раз, вы всегда будете стараться украсить им ваш праздничный стол. ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ: 1 тушка дикого гуся около 2 килограммов; 70 миллилитров растительного масла; зубчики от одной крупной головки чеснока; 2 чайных ложки крупной соли; 1 чайная ложка молотого черного перца; 1,5 чайных ложки паприки копчёной; 2 больших яблока. Для подачи: 2-3 свежих помидора; 5 грамм зелени укропа; 1 репчатая луковица; предпочитаемый соус. СПОСОБ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ: Размороженного гуся промойте и обсушите. Почистите чеснок. В небольшой мисочке подготовьте маринад — смешайте 5 измельчённых зубчика чеснока, соль, перец и паприку. Залейте растительным маслом, хорошенько перемешайте ещё раз. Поместите гуся в ёмкость для маринования. Положите в полость птицы 3 чайных ложки маринада, оставшийся — нанесите на тушку. Как следует натрите дичь со всех сторон и распределите маринад изнутри. Оставьте мариноваться при комнатной температуре минут на 40 или чуть дольше. Тем временем, приготовьте яблоки — нарежьте каждое на 4 части, удалите сердцевину, снимите шкурку. Затем, разрежьте дольки поперёк. Зафаршируйте птицу яблоками и зубчиками чеснока, зашейте полость или скрепите зубочистками. Накройте жаростойкую форму с гусем фольгой, выпекайте при 200оС 2 часа. Когда время приготовления закончится, достаньте форму, уберите фольгу, убедитесь, что из прокола в толще ножки вытекает прозрачный сок. Последним шагом подрумяньте гуся. Включите в духовке режим гриля или конвекции, поставьте птицу запекаться на 20-30 минут. Открывайте духовку каждые 5-7 минут и поливайте соком из лотка верхнюю часть тушки. Когда птица станет румяной, достаньте её, оставьте отлежаться 10 минут. Подавайте с помидорами и луком, украсив крошкой укропа и добавив любимый соус. Дело в том, что теперь телескопу предстоит достаточно длительный путь — он должен добраться до точки Лагранжа L2 системы Солнце-Земля, а это 1,5 млн км от нашей планеты. Этот путь аппарат пройдёт примерно за месяц. И если само путешествие вряд ли сулит какие-то сложности, то вот после аппарату придётся ещё раскрыть своё огромное составное зеркало. И это крайне важный процесс, так как с данным телескопом, к сожалению, не удастся реализовать техническую миссию, как было изначально с «Хабблом», который находится на орбите Земли. «Джеймс Уэбб» стал одним из самых дорогих, сложных и затянутых проектов NASA. Обсерваторию изначально планировали запустить ещё в 2007 году, но в дальнейшем запуски переносились, так как проект оказался намного сложнее и дороже, чем изначально планировался. Public comment period extended for Montana grizzly bear management plan If you are interested in reviewing Montana’s draft grizzly bear management plan and environmental impact statement (EIS), you have a bit more time to do so. The public comment period has been extended until Feb. 4. “We know the holidays are a busy time for people and their families,” said Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (MFWP) Director Hank Worsech. “We want to make sure people have a chance to share their best ideas with us and so extending the comment period by 30 days will allow for that.” The draft plan and EIS will serve as a guide to long-term management and conservation of grizzly bears across the state, according to a press release. MFWP used existing bear plans and conservation strategies, the federal recovery plan and work conducted by the Grizzly Bear Advisory Council to draft it. If approved, this new plan will become the new statewide plan that allows for the “long-term viability of grizzly bears while prioritizing human safety.” Specifically, the plan replaces two existing plans – one for western Montana and one for southwest Montana – and “addresses how bears will be managed outside of federal recovery zones” and help guide state management. Once the comment period ends, MFWP will review and make adjustments to the plan and EIS as they see fit and present the plan to the Montana Fish and Wildlife Commission for review and approval.
