🦌🥩U petak navečer, gdje bismo bez ukusne večere od divljači! Upoznajte recept Ilya Zuenka za pripremu delicija od losa! Što nam treba👇 🦴Elkova kost (bolje od rebara) – 1 kom. 💦Voda – oko 2,5 l 🥔Krompir - 3-4 kom. 🧅Luk (veći) – 1 kom. 🥕Mrkva-3 kom. 🫑Slatka narančasta paprika – 3 kom. 🍅Rajčica (velika) – 2 kom. 🍃Lovorov list – 2 kom. 🧂Sol - po ukusu i začini 🌶Crni mljeveni biber - po ukusu 🧈Biljno ulje – 2 žlice. 🌱 Peršin, kopar, mljeveno začinsko bilje. 🍋Žlica soka od limuna cijepa vlakna mesa. Spremnost određujemo prema mesu i stanju glavnih sastojaka!🍜

Zaječí paštika s cibulkou Suroviny: 800 g zaječí maso vykostěné, 200 g telecí maso, 300 g slanina, 2 ks cibule, 20 g máslo, 1 ks vejce, 50 ml koňak, 1 lžička pepř drcený, 1 lžíce tymián, 1 špetka muškátový oříšek, 250 g brusinky nakládané, 1 lžíce sádlo, toastový chléb Postup přípravy receptu Maso se slaninou nakrájejte na menší kousky. Přidejte 1 cibuli a dvakrát umelte. Vmíchejte máslo, vejce, víno a koňak. Směs osolte, promíchejte s tymiánem, muškátovým oříškem a polovinou brusinek pak ji vytřete do zapékací mísy vytřené sádlem. Nádobu uložte do velkého pekáče s vodou a pečte zakryté při 200°C asi hodinu. Přesuňte do skleniček a nechte vychladit. Nakrájejte a nechte zkaramelizovat druhou cibuli. Ozdobte jí tousty s paštikou.
